Product Replacement Instructions: To be eligible for SHELLS® and DIGIBULB® LED LIMITED WARRANTY consideration, contact your A.L. LIGHTech, Inc. sales representative or call customer service at (714) 634-1000 to obtain an RMA number. RMA number and copy of purchase receipt must be included with returned merchandise to validate warranty. All products requiring warranty service shall be returned with freight prepaid prior to A.L. LIGHTech, Inc. 1525-B W. Orange Grove Ave Orange CA 92868 to the attention of the Warranty Service Department. Product(s) covered under the SHELLS® and DIGIBULB® LED LIMITED WARRANTY terms will be replaced with another like product and will be sent directly to the original purchaser only. Items received will not be returned.
