LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
A.L. LIGHTech, Inc.,
warrants each new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship,
under normal use and service, for a lifetime period from the date of delivery
throughout lifetime of use by original user/purchaser, except for noted
products. Each
SHELLS®
and
DIGIBULB® lighting products Limited Warranty
as applicable is not transferable and applies to the original installation of
the A.L. LIGHTech product. To be eligible SHELLS™ and DIGIBULB™ lighting
products Limited Warranty, A.L. LIGHTech products must remain intact, free
from physical abuse, and not subject to improper installation or which has been
inadequately maintained, nor to units that have problems relating to service or
modification at any facility other than the A.L. LIGHTech factory or authorized
warranty service center.
SHELLS®
and
DIGIBULB®
lighting products Limited
Lifetime Warranty applies only to LED light source.
All other components; lens, light housing, connector, and assembly kit
are limited to a three year warranty. The
SHELLS®
and
DIGIBULB®
lighting
products Limited Warranty does not apply to several applications such as
construction equipment and off-road vehicles. These applications are examples of
excluded applications. Unless expressly agreed to in writing by A.L. LIGHTech,
Inc., A.L. LIGHTech, Inc. does not warranty its products as to their fitness for
any special use or function. MANY CHEMICALS AND/OR CLEANERS ARE
INCOMPATIBLE with A.L. LIGHTech sealed
SHELLS® LED and DIGIBULB® digital LED
lighting products. The
SHELLS®
and
DIGIBULB®
lighting products Limited
Warranty does not apply to damage associated with incompatible chemicals or
cleaners. A.L. LIGHTech’s sealed products are to REMAIN INTACT, FREE FROM
PHYSICAL ABUSE AND MUST BE USED ONLY WITH A.L. LIGHTECH APPROVED WIRING
ACCESSORIES. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE CONDITIONS WILL VOID THIS

lighting products Limited Warranty. Our laboratory may inspect
products submitted for
SHELLS®
and
DIGIBULB®
lighting products Limited
Warranty consideration. During this warranty period, the obligation of A.L.
LIGHTech is limited to repairing or replacing, as A.L. LIGHTech may select. A.L.
LIGHTech will provide warranty for any unit that is delivered, transported
prepaid, to A.L. LIGHTech, Inc. or designated authorized warranty service center
for examination. If such examination reveals a defect in material and/or
workmanship, a replacement will be issued. This warranty does not cover travel
expenses, the cost of specialized equipment for gaining access to the product,
or labor charges for removal and re-installation of the product. There are no
warranties, expressed or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or
fitness), which extend beyond the
SHELLS®
and
DIGIBULB®
lighting products
Warranty. Any inconveniences such as the loss of use of the product, loss of
time, commercial loss, incidental or consequential damages are not to be covered
under warranty. The A.L. LIGHTech, Inc. reserves the right to change the design
of the product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously
manufactured or to replace warranted product other than with redesigned product.
We believe our products should provide good service under proper operation
conditions, and this attitude will be reflected in our consideration of items
returned for examination.
